Having challenges doesn't define you, and it doesn't stop you from living a fulfilling life. It just means that the journey may look different than expected—and that's okay. Connect with someone who understands the journey through health challenges. Sometimes knowing you are not alone can be just as empowering as the tools and strategies you use to cope day-to-day.

Who is Elizabeth Meuse, MSW?
(photo of Elizabeth wearing glasses, blue necklace, long hear, and black blazer)
Elizabeth Meuse, holds a Masters in Social Work and has been working in the field for over 22 years with a focus on supporting families who have experienced trauma both individually and as a family. Services have included 1:1 in home support and action plans, support through legal proceedings, supervised visitation, counseling, parenting support, creation of safety plans, and more.
WHAT I BELIEVE:
"What I'm offering isn't a promise of instant change or perfection but a partnership of support, which can be exactly what someone needs to keep going or make the first step toward a new direction."
I have always continued to do the work I love, while managing so many health challenges. I've been diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa (degenerative eye disease), chronic Lyme, Crohn's Disease, and a myriad of other health issues. I'm so much more than what you see on the surface. We all have our internal battles, even when it may look like everything is fine on the outside. I’ve learned to adapt and seek support when needed, all while staying true to what matters to me.
Life can definitely be overwhelming at times, and it's easy to feel like giving up or just letting things pass by, especially when health issues add layers of difficulty. But, I choose to live fully and creatively, even with the struggles.
Does my story resonate with you? Do you feel similar?
If you answered yes to either, reach out, lets chat for a moment
If I could ask you one thing—what’s the one piece of advice you’d give someone who's facing their own tough journey, especially when they feel isolated or unsure how to move forward?
Does this question have you thinking? Reach out, connect, talk. Let's see if our partnership could be just what you need to Adapt. Transform. Live!
